Clonandra Cottages is perfect for a society break or a group of friends looking to improve their game. Our Stay and Play package includes a two night stay in our self catering cottages, a welcome hamper from The Village Shop with all the essentials, 2 rounds of golf in either Cavan, Belturbet or Clones Golf Course and 1 evening meal (In the golf club or close by) on the day of your choice. All of this for only €165 per person sharing.
For those in your group maybe not into Golf, there are plenty of things to do in the area. Discover the walking trails in nearby Castle Saunderson or Crom Castle Estate, try your hand at Kayaking at Cavan adventure centre or just relax and enjoy the Sauna and Hot tub at Clonandra Cottages.

Cavan is home to some of the most beautiful, and challenging courses in Ireland. The Lake County is also known as the Drumlin County which makes for the perfect backdrop to any Golf Course.
Our Stay and Play package in Clonandra Cottages includes 2 rounds of golf in either Cavan County Golf Club, Belturbet Golf Club or Clones Golf Club in County Monaghan.
County Cavan Golf Club is one of the oldest and most mature parkland courses in Ireland, situated 90 minutes from Dublin or Belfast. They provide a unique golfing experience in the heart of the Lakeland region. Their spectacular course is carved through the natural Drumlin terrain of Cavan. Many of the fairways are lined with mature trees, in particular the last 4 holes, with water coming in to play on the index 3, 15th hole. This is sure to present you with a challenging and unforgettable experience. Their stately clubhouse provides a spectacular view of the 18th hole and fairway, which adds to the excitement right up to the last putt.
Clones Golf Club is set in the drumlins of county Monaghan. This parkland course is a favourite of many and some would call it a hidden gem. An 18 hole golf course, open almost all year round, except for frost & essential maintenance. You’ll be hard pushed to find a drier golf course in our border region of Monaghan, Cavan & Fermanagh.
Belturbet Golf Club is situated only ten minutes from Clonandra Cottages and is a scenic but testing 9 Hole, tree lined course. Established in 1948. It measures at 5,347 yards with a Par 68 .The course is situated within the town boundary on the Cavan Road.
